OREANDA-NEWS. Today, on June 28, Wilo RUS is opening new logistics and manufacturing complex with total area of 21,600 sq m. The property is located in Dega-Noginsk industrial complex (Moscow region, Noginsky district, Novoe Podvyaznovo village). Cushman & Wakefield performed a as technical supervisor of the construction.

Project investments amount to 35mln euro, it is planned to create about 400 new jobs. The complex is Gold-LEED certified. It is located on the territory with total area of 5.5 ha and include manufacture (8,500 sq m), logistics center (7,000 sq m), administrative and office building (6,110 sq m).
