Further to the statement of 18 December 2014, LV= announces that it has today completed the acquisition of Teachers Provident Society, which trades as Teachers Assurance.  The deal, which is expected to be earnings and cash flow accretive within 12 months, will further accelerate LV='s strategic drive to grow its life business.
