OREANDA-NEWS. On June 1, the bars and restaurants of World Trade Center will host Festival of homemade sorbet.

Sorbet is a cold sweet dessert similar to ice cream. But in contrast to the latter it is not added with milk and other animal fats. Sorbet is made of natural juice or puree and for a brighter taste it contains sugar syrup. Typically, this dessert is served at the end of the meal, but a lot of people also prefer to eat it between dishes as a refreshing treat!
