Anbang Insurance Group Names Cushman & Wakefield as Exclusive Leasing Agent for 717 Fifth Avenue
717 Fifth Avenue, acquired by Anbang Insurance Group in February of 2015, is prominently located in the Plaza District of Midtown Manhattan, in close proximity to Central Park and a number of MTA subway lines. The building offers tenants full and partial floor opportunities, with boutique style pre-built and build-to-suit options. Additionally, office spaces feature an abundance of natural light and expansive views of Central Park and Grand Army Plaza from the upper floors. Amenities include a 24/7 security desk, dual lobby entrances of 55th and 56th Streets, a unique three-story glass atrium lobby and newly designed Moed de Armas & Shannon lobby.

A collaborative Cushman & Wakefield team will serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the building. The team will be comprised of Fred Smith, Vice Chairman; James Frederick, Vice Chairman; and Elisa Larson, Associate Director of office brokerage, along with members of the firm’s Strategic Agency Services group: Jonathan Fales, Senior Managing Director; Myles Fennon, Managing Director and Pierce Hance, Senior Associate.
