Cushman & Wakefield today announced that it has been named exclusive leasing agent for Anbang Insurance Group’s 717 Fifth Avenue, a 26-story Class A trophy tower located between 55th and 56th Streets, in the Plaza District. A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Fred Smith, Vice Chairman, will immediately begin marketing 138,361 square feet of available office space across four floors in the base and two in the tower of the building.

717 Fifth Avenue, acquired by Anbang Insurance Group in February of 2015, is prominently located in the Plaza District of Midtown Manhattan, in close proximity to Central Park and a number of MTA subway lines. The building offers tenants full and partial floor opportunities, with boutique style pre-built and build-to-suit options.
