OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2016. Carrefour France’s organization, under the responsibility of No?l Prioux, is modified as follow:

French Hypermarkets
Alain RABEC (aged 52) is appointed Director of French Hypermarkets. Previously Director of French Supermarkets, he began his career at Carrefour in 1984 as a Fresh Produce Manager. He has held several operational positions within the French Hypermarkets division as a Store Director, Marketing Director of food and non-food offer and Regional Director. He succeeds Eric Bourgeois, who has decided to pursue other career opportunities.  
J?r?me HAMRIT (aged 42) is appointed Commercial and Marketing Director for French Hypermarkets. A graduate of ESSEC, he began his professional life at Procter & Gamble before joining A.T. Kearney. In 2013 he joined Carrefour as Head of Dry Grocery France.

French Supermarkets
Herv? FLAMBARD (aged 55) is appointed Director of French Supermarkets. With a diploma in agronomy from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from HEC, he began his career as Editor of the Lin?aires magazine before joining Comptoirs Modernes in 1994. He was Merchandise Director and Supermarkets Director at Carrefour Brazil, before joining the French Supermarkets division, of which he has been Commercial, Marketing and Organization Director since 2013.

Merchandise and Supply Chain France
Vincent ABELLO (aged 40) is appointed Director for Merchandise and Supply Chain of Carrefour France. A graduate of EDHEC, he began his career at Soci?t? G?n?rale before joining the Carrefour group in 2005, within the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Since 2015, he has been Corporate Secretary of Carrefour France. He succeeds Patrice ZYGBAND, who will become Advisor to Georges Plassat.
Sylvain FERRY (aged 46) is appointed Dry Grocery Director France. An agronomist with a degree in Marketing, he started his career at the Doux group and joined Carrefour in 1997. He has successively been Market Director, Director of Purchasing for Self-service products, Dry Grocery Director France and Operational Director of the Ile-de-France region for French Hypermarkets.

Corporate Secretary of Carrefour France
Eric SAUVAGE (aged 43) will join Carrefour France as Corporate Secretary on June 1, 2016. The following divisions report to the Corporate Secretary: Expansion, Technical Affairs, Public Affairs, Organisational Affairs, Non-Merchant Purchase, Bank and Insurance. A graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and of New York University, he began his career in 1995 at A.T. Kearney.

E-commerce and Client Data
Herv Parizot (aged 57), E-commerce and Client Data Director of Carrefour France since March 2015, also manages Client Marketing, Merchant Services (Travel, Entertainment, Car Rental...) and Innovation.
