All Restaurants in Moscow will Be Switched to "Anti-Covid" Working Time
OREANDA-NEWS. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced changes in the rules for catering establishments in the capital - from June 28, all of them will work in an "anti-covid" way.
Now only the following categories of people will be able to visit restaurants and cafes: vaccinated; have had COVID-19 in the past six months; or have a negative PCR test valid for three days.
However, no paper references or certificates will be accepted. The presence of protection against the virus will be confirmed by a special QR code, which can be obtained in several ways: using an electronic medical card of Moscow; on the mos.ru website; on the resource EMIAS.INFO; using a single portal of state and municipal services or a specialized application "Gosuslugi. Stopcoronavirus"; at the registry of the city polyclinic.
As Sobyanin noted in his blog, restaurants and cafes should create a system for checking the presence of QR codes, and food courts will open only after checking the control system that ensures compliance with the new rules.
The initiators of the experiment on the creation of "anti-covid" zones, which had begun earlier, were the restaurateurs themselves.
As the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, specified, catering establishments in Moscow that do not fulfill the requirements will only be able to work for take-out or delivery.
