OREANDA-NEWS. The first experimental Dixy store opened in the center of Moscow.  Supermarket in the new design is located in the Tagansky district on the street  Novorogozhskaya.

 The experimental store received an updated logo, design and zoning of the retail space.  The main focus of it is on the areas of vegetables and fruits, dairy products, fresh baking and grilling, the retailer said.

 General Director of Infoline-Analitics Mikhail Burmistrov calls pinpoint rebranding “Dixie” after solving problems with the assortment and availability of goods on the shelf as a more effective solution than the one that Magnit chose for itself, which launched the renovation of stores in 2017 without updating the assortment.  Knight Frank’s director of street retail, Victoria Kamluk, adds that Dixy will have to update its stores in an increasingly competitive environment where every player is experimenting with new formats.

 Delivery of new products to the store will be depending on the preferences of customers.
