A long-term application for the purchase of Belarusian equipment will be drawn up in Crimea

OREANDA-NEWS The Crimean authorities will collect applications from organizations and enterprises of the Crimea when forming a long-term order for the purchase of various equipment from Belarus. A month has been allotted for the collection of applications, and the first deliveries are expected in 2024, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea - Permanent Representative of the Republic of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation Georgy Muradov told TASS on Friday.
"We asked enterprises and organizations to compile a list of necessary equipment within a month. The fee is paid by the Ministry of Economic Development. If the Belarusian partners have the necessary equipment, then deliveries can begin in 2023, but the main deliveries of equipment are planned in 2024-2030," Muradov said.
He added that we can talk about agricultural, road, construction equipment, buses and trucks, fire trucks, as well as components for them.
The Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of Crimea added that the decision was made at an interdepartmental meeting on cooperation with Belarus. "The Belarusian side asked to form and submit a comprehensive application of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Crimea for 5-10 years for the purchase of Belarusian equipment," the ministry quoted Muradov as saying.
