OREANDA-NEWS Analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a study of the Russian market of new cars, which covers the Luxury segment. At the end of January of 2017, the volume of this market was 61 units, which is worse by 13% than a year before.

Over 40% of the total market volume of luxury cars in the last month fell on one model - Mercedes-Benz Maybach S-Class, the owners of which were 27 Russian citizens.

The next in the list of preferences of Russians there are Maserati cars, the sales of which were 20 units. Therewith, the whole volume has fallen on a new crossover - Maserati Levante. The top-three of the luxury segment is closed by Bentley (11 units). Also in Russian roads for the first month of this year there were appeared 2 new Rolls-Royce and 1 – Ferrari car.

Analysts of the agency "AUTOSTAT" noted, 65% of the total volume of Russian market of cars of Luxury segment fell on Moscow and Moscow region in January, where it was sold 40 of such cars.
