Ryder
System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in commercial

chain solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of
\\$0.44 per share of common stock, to be paid on
September 16, 2016, to
shareholders of record on
August 22, 2016. The dividend reflects a
\\$0.03
increase from the
\\$0.41 cash dividend Ryder had been paying quarterly
since July of 2015. This is Ryder’s 160
th consecutive
quarterly cash dividend – marking 40 years of uninterrupted dividend
payments.
