OREANDA-NEWS. September 06, 2016. Cushman & Wakefield today announced the appointment of Peter Carroccio to the role of Executive Managing Director, Brokerage, for the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Region.

Mr. Carroccio was most recently with CBRE and brings 28 years of market and client-insight experience to Cushman & Wakefield.

As Executive Managing Director for brokerage, Mr. Carroccio will lead the firm’s efforts with a strategic approach to current and future clients, while creating a collaborative, high-performance team of brokers.

Mr. Carroccio is deeply committed to his community and is driven to helping others inside and outside of the commercial real estate industry. For over 25 years Mr. Carroccio was a passionate athletic coach with the Catholic Youth Organization. He has been actively involved with numerous organizations that promote education, financial support, health and safety for less fortunate families of the Washington Metropolitan Area.
