OREANDA-NEWS. GAZ Group started sales of the Gazel Next new minibus in all dealerships in Russia and the CIS countries. The vehicle can be used as a shuttle bus, or to work in the business segment. The company has already started production of school buses and vehicles for transportation of people with disabilities on its base,  GAZ Group press service informs. 

The new minibus on the base of the Gazel Next all-metal van, designed to carry 17 passengers (16 seats and one standing place). High (190 cm) and spacious salon with panoramic windows provides comfort of passengers on the road, and a high sliding door and low step insure comfortable entry and exit. Boarding step extends and retracts automatically when the sliding door opens and closes. Interior is finished with ABS plastic molded materials, which provide good sound insulation and easy maintenance.

The Gazel Next minibuses are offered with three types of engines: diesel, petrol and gas-petrol. The body of the minibus is made of galvanized steel with some high-duty glass fiber reinforced plastic elements, which ensures long service life and good anti-corrosion properties of the vehicle. Increased body stiffness and programmed crumple zones in the design of load-bearing elements of the vehicle, as well as the seat belts on all seats guarantee high safety level.
