The share of LNG exports to unfriendly countries decreased to 78.7 percent

OREANDA-NEWS According to a presentation given by the head of the Russian Ministry of Energy, Nikolai Shulginov, at the State Duma Committee on Energy, the share of liquefied natural gas exports from Russia to non-friendly countries has decreased to 78.7% in 2023 compared to 84.6% in 2022.
In 2022, as indicated on the presentation, 84.6% of the LNG exports went to non-friendly countries and 15.4% were exported to friendly countries. However, in 2023, these figures changed to 78.7% to non-friendly and 21.3% to friendly.
