The company fulfills all bureaucratic formalities, legal formalities, in order for this certification procedure to take place, and then you just need wait for this to happen, "he told reporters, answering the question when gas supplies via Nord Stream 2 can begin, taking into account the suspension of certification.

“Technologically, everything is ready. Then everything depends on the fulfillment of formalities related to certification,” added Peskov.

The operator of this gas pipeline can be certified as independent only if the legal form is reorganized in accordance with German law: the German subsidiary of Nord Stream 2 AG will have to become the owner and operator of the German part of the gas pipeline and re-submit the full set of documents for certification, then the process will be resumed , pointed out the regulator.
