OREANDA-NEWS The duty on oil exports from Russia will increase to 152 dollars per ton on November, 1 this year. This is stated in the materials of the Ministry of Finance, published on the website of the Department.
In October this year, the duty on oil exports from Russia amounted to 137.5 dollars per ton. Thus, the growth of this indicator will be 14.5 dollars.
The Ministry of Finance reported that the average price of Urals oil from September,15 to October,14 was 81.11 dollars per barrel (592.1 dollars per ton).
The zero oil duty rate will continue to apply to some fields in Eastern Siberia, the Caspian fields and the Prirazlomnoye field.
The duty on liquefied gas in November will be $ 51,1, on the net fraction of liquefied petroleum gas — $ 23,6, and on high-viscosity oil it will increase from $ 22,7 to $ 25,4.
For the export of light oil products and oils will have to pay 45.6 dollars per ton, and for the dark - 152 dollars. For commercial gasoline duty will be 45.6 dollars, for straight-run-83.6 dollars.
The duty on mineral coke export will also increase - from 8.9 to 9.8 dollars per ton.
On Monday, October 15, world oil prices rose by more than 1%. Thus, at 8:42 (GMT), the cost of December futures for the North Sea oil mixture of Brent showed an increase of 1.21% and reached 81.4 dollars per barrel.
