Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited today announced that the special committee of its Board of Directors has engaged Ernst & Young as its financial advisor and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Commerce & Finance Law Offices as its legal advisors.

The Commission will investigate whether Transgaz has abused a dominant market position in breach of EU rules.

The document was signed by Nikolay Shulginov, Chairman of the Management Board – General Director of RusHydro, and Dmitry Konov, Chairman of the Management Board of SIBUR.
