The government of Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund reached an agreement on increasing of  gas prices to the level of import parity by 2020. This was announced by the head of the Board of Naftogaz Ukraine Andrey Kobolev at the forum of the European Business Association in Kiev.

Russia can become the main gas exporter to China after the decision on the" Western route", the volume of deliveries can reach 80 billion cubic meters per year. 

The Nord Stream 2 project is important and significant for Berlin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said at a joint press conference with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite and Prime Ministers of the three Baltic countries.

OPEC lowered the forecast of growth of world oil demand in 2018-2019. Global oil demand in 2019 is projected at the level of 100.23 million barrels per day.
