OREANDA-NEWS  Oil companies approved hidden margins on gasoline and diesel for corporate clients. According to the publication, they have worsened the conditions for fuel cards and introduced additional service charges.

Gazprom Neft was the first to take such measures, said some sources. In the company itself, the margin was called "service charge for the fuel card".

According to CEO of ESA-Processing Evgeny Chertkov, the business will now pay for diesel fuel by five percent more than the "stele price" of the gas station, for gasoline — by one percent.

According to other interlocutors, all major oil companies began to worsen the price conditions at the gas stations on fuel cards after the agreement with the government on the freezing of wholesale prices: Rosneft has already canceled discounts, and LUKOIL has only changed the conditions for fuel cards. As the source of the publication told Gazpromneft Corporate sales, the company took these measures "in favor of the development of service offerings."

In the office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak reported that the government has no information about the client programs of networks.

Last week the Ministry of energy, FAS, oil companies and independent refineries agreed on measures to stabilize prices in the fuel market. They agreed that prices until the end of the year will be at the level of the end of may — beginning of June 2018, and then they will be smoothly re-indexed taking into account inflation of 4-4.6 percent. The agreement is valid until March 31.

Fuel rose sharply in the spring. By mid-April, the retail price of gasoline exceeded 40 rubles, and by the beginning of June — already 43 rubles. The government decided to reduce excise taxes on gasoline and diesel fuel, and agreed with manufacturers to fix the price at May, 30.
