OREANDA-NEWS Gazprom Neft intends to increase its investment program in 2025 compared to last year amid the active implementation of major projects, the head of the company, Alexander Dyukov, told reporters on the sidelines of the RSPP congress.

"This year, the volume of investments will be higher due to the fact that we continue to implement the project for the extraction of hydrocarbons at site 3A of the Urengoy field. We also have several other major projects in the active phase. This is a project for the development of the Bovanenkovskoye field, which, accordingly, is the eastern group of fields, including Chona," he said.

When asked how the US sanctions imposed on January 10 affected Gazprom Neft, Dyukov said: "We were prepared for various scenarios, for this scenario too."
