OREANDA-NEWS  Congo is negotiating with the Russian Zarubezhneft, but no agreements have been signed yet, Congo's Minister of Hydrocarbons Bruno Jean-Richard Itois told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week.

"We are working with Zarubezhneft and some other companies," he said. At the same time, the minister replied negatively to the question whether any agreements had been signed with them. "We are at the negotiation stage," he added.

Congo has not yet conducted a feasibility study on the construction of an oil product pipeline in the country, the details will be discussed with Russia on Saturday, Congo's Minister of Hydrocarbons Bruno Jean-Richard Itois said.

“The meeting is tomorrow, I'll be there. And then we'll have all the preliminary details. We have not conducted a feasibility study,” he said.
Earlier, the minister said in an interview with RIA Novosti that Congo expects on Saturday to sign an agreement with the Russian Federation on the construction of an oil product pipeline in the country.
