OREANDA-NEWS. Gomeltransneft Druzhba OJSC next year will begin the construction of an oil quality control point coming from the Russian Federation. This was announced by Andrei Verigo, First Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of Gomeltransneft Druzhba OJSC.

The Belneftekhim Concern supported our proposal to build systems for measuring the quantity and quality indicators of oil on the Belarusian section of the Druzhba oil trunk pipeline, ”said the representative of the operator of the Belarusian section of the Druzhba oil trunk pipeline, the words of which are given in the publication Oil Highway published on the company website.

As Vladimir Sizov, deputy chairman of the Belneftekhim concern, said in August this year, Belarus plans to complete the creation of metering stations for the quality and quantity of oil at the entrance and exit from its territory by 2021. In this regard, the Belarusian company intends to create new control points for the quantity and quality of raw materials coming from Russia.
