OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus has set tariffs for pumping oil through trunk pipelines of the companies Gomeltransneft Druzhba and Polotsktransneft Druzhba on its territory, including a reverse in the direction of the Russian station Unecha, the country’s ministry said. The document is published on the national legal Internet portal. On May 24, Belarus began shipping the Druzhba pipeline in the direction of the Russian dispatching station Unecha, which accumulated chlorine-polluted Russian oil, more than 80,000 tons were displaced, the Belarusian industry regulator Belneftekhim reported on Monday.

"Establish tariffs for oil transportation services through the main pipelines of the open joint-stock companies Gomeltransneft Druzhba" and "Polotsktransneft Druzhba" located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. This resolution enters into force after its official publication, extends its effect on relations that have arisen with May 23, 2019 and is valid until October 1, 2019", the resolution says.

According to the document, the tariffs for oil transportation services through the main pipelines "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" and "Polotsktransneft Druzhba" in Belarus, along the route Mozyr-Unecha Linear Dispatching Station (HIGH) amount to 70.44 Russian rubles for 1 ton net (without value-added tax), the Kobrin oil pumping station (border of Belarus and Poland) - Unecha (Vysokoe) - 330.53 Russian rubles.

The problem with the quality of oil in Druzhba, according to which it goes to the Belarussian refineries and transits further to Europe, arose in April, when fuel contaminated with chlorides got into the pipeline system in the Samara region. Poland and Ukraine suspended pumping. Qualitative oil from Russia arrived on May 2 along the “Friendship” on the Belarusian border. Ukraine resumed oil pumping on May 11, Slovakia - on May 22. For the resumption of pumping to Poland, Moscow and Minsk agreed in the reverse mode to return about 1 million tons of polluted oil via Druzhba to Russia.
