OREANDA-NEWS. The projects of TATNEFT Company became regional stage winners of the All-Russian contest ENES-2016 among the projects implemented in the area of energy conservation and energy efficiency.

The results of the contest’s regional stage were announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.

TATNEFT had presented 13 projects in 3 categories. The Contest Commission conferred three awards to the Company.

The "Resource saving program of PJSC TATNEFT” presented by the Regulatory Research Station was acknowledged the winner in the nomination "Effective energy efficiency management system at the industrial enterprise".

The second place was awarded to the Project "Energy efficiency system of crude oil production processes with application of the "Energy balance” software package” presented by “Almetyevneft" Oil and Gas Production Division.

The Oil and Gas Production Division "Bavlyneft" took the third place in the nomination "Leader of the implementation of best available techniques (BAT) in the area of energy conservation and efficiency" for the project "Analysis of implementing a new plunger displacement pump UNG-345-14 to maintain reservoir pressure".

The contest was supported by the Russian Ministry of Energy and the Federal Interagency Coordinating Council on energy saving and energy efficiency of the economy.
