OREANDA-NEWS. Public Joint Stock Company "Inter RAO UES" ("Inter RAO", "Company", ticker on MOEX: IRAO), the largest diversified utilities holding in Russia, announces that on September 16, 2016 Inter RAO have executed several transactions with Limited liability company «Kaliningradskaya power generation» and LLC Inter RAO - Engineering:

1. Guarantee agreement between the Limited liability company «Kaliningradskaya power generation» (Lender) and Inter RAO (the Guarantor) for the General contract on execution of works on construction of Primorskaya TPP.

2. Agreement of guarantee between LLC Inter RAO - Engineering and Inter RAO (the Guarantor) for performance of the obligations arising from the Contract of the General contract on execution of works on construction of Primorskaya TPP.

3. Guarantee agreement between Limited liability company «Kaliningradskaya power generation» and Inter RAO (the Guarantor) for the General Contract on execution of works on construction Pregolskii TPP.

4. Agreement of guarantee between LLC Inter RAO - Engineering (the Debtor) and Inter RAO (the Guarantor) for performance of the obligations arising from the Contract of the General contract on execution of works on construction of Pregolskii TPP.

These transactions in reference to each other are considered the related-party transactions for Inter RAO according to the legislation of the Russian Federation and have been approved by the Company's Board of Directors on September 15, 2016.

Maximum amount of the transactions in reference to each other is 7,865,191,030.64 RUB (approx. ?91,628,739 or 1.90 % of the book value of Inter RAO assets).
