OREANDA-NEWS. Gazprom received through diplomatic channels the first permit from the authorities of the Turkish Republic for the construction of the TurkStream pipeline's offshore section as part of the preparatory procedures for resuming the TurkStream project.

“I would like to commend our Turkish partners for being so prompt and cooperative at the first stage of the TurkStream project,” said Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee.
