OREANDA-NEWS. On August 31, Supervisory Board of PJSC Ukrnafta was to make procedural decisions to approve the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for September 15, 2016, as well as the format and text of the voting bulletins.

The Supervisory Board meeting didn't take place, hence the required procedure for Shareholder Meeting was not completed on time.

Due to the above-mentioned reason, Ukrnafta is stating that the Extraordinary Meeting of shareholders planned for September 15, will not take place.
