OREANDA-NEWS. In response to Ofgem’s statement on National Grid’s request to recoup spending on power station contracts, a spokesperson for SSE said:  

“SSE’s tender reflected the costs associated with Fiddler’s Ferry providing the Black Start services required by National Grid. Matters relating to the competitive tender process and cost recovery are for National Grid and Ofgem.”
