OREANDA-NEWS. LyondellBasell (NYSE: LYB) today announced that its Supervisory Board has authorized the company's Management Board to declare an interim dividend of $0.85 per share. The interim dividend will be paid September 6, 2016 to shareholders of record August 16, 2016 with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2016.
