OREANDA-NEWS. On June 28th 2016, the Annual General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. was held in Gdansk. The General Meeting approved the Company’s consolidated and separate financial statements for 2015.

Discharge was granted to all members of the Company’s Management and Supervisory Boards in respect of performance of their duties in the period January 1st?December 31st 2015.

The General Meeting also resolved to change the composition of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The shareholders removed Mr Cezary Krasodomski from Grupa LOTOS S.A.’s Supervisory Board of the 9th term, and appointed Mr Mariusz Golecki as a new Supervisory Board member.
