OREANDA-NEWS. Today during the Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum President of PJSC LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and President of SAP Europe, Middle East and Africa Franck Cohen signed a memorandum of intent on strategic cooperation in the IT area.

By using SAP's innovative approaches and solutions LUKOIL intends to develop its existing as well as new IT systems to effectively support its business processes. These include first of all solutions aimed at optimizing production and processing of hydrocarbons, prediction of retail sales and more efficient management of inventory, HSE, human resources and the entire chain of oil product supplies.
