OREANDA-NEWS. SOCAR Human Resources Department held a meeting on the results of measures toward implementation of human resources management within the company’s exploration and production entities. SOCAR vice presidents Khalik Mammadov, Yashar Latifov, Bahram Huseynov and other officials attended the meeting.

The meeting highlighted the issues of career development and opportunities, improvement of communication systems, rotation of staff, professional experience analysis, targets, individual development plan, training, development and education programs, human resources management strategy, effective human resources management and etc.
