OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) and JSC TYAZHMASH signed a cooperation agreement on the platform of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). The document was signed by Nikolay Shulginov, Chairman of the Management Board – General Director of RusHydro and Andrey Trifonov, General Director of JSC “TYAZHMASH”.

RusHydro plans to involve Tyazhmash to delivery of goods, execution of works, providing services for implementation of the Company’s investment projects. Tyazhmash will assist RusHydro and its subsidiaries in preparation of technical and commercial proposals for planning costs of implementation of small hydropower investment projects.
