On May 13, 2016 the first Deputy General Director of JSC “KazTransGas” Ibulla Serdiyev as well as members of the labor dynasty of gas workers the Yeshchanovs took part in a solemn event dedicated to the “Day of labor dynasties” of the group JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” companies, which is traditionally dedicated to the International day of the family. The purpose of this event is to promote and support the Institute of labor dynasties, as an effective instrument of social promotion of intergenerational continuity and social stability. “The promotion of labor dynasties is one of the key factors in the formation of cohesion and a supportive climate in groups, maintaining social stability and development of social partnership”, - said in his speech the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” Umirzak Shukeyev. According to him, the measures to strengthen commitment of workers to the profession not only lead to the increase of efficiency of activities of an individual company, but also beneficially influence on the prosperity of Kazakhstan in general.

On behalf of the national operator in the sphere of gas and gas supply “KazTransGas” the labor dynasty of gas workers was presented by a family of the Yeshchanovs from Atyrau.

7 family members, with a total working experience of 128 years work in the field of main transportation of natural gas. From Atyrau the wife of the head of the dynasty Mariyash apa, her elder son Marat Pobedovich and granddaughter Aidana came to the ceremony of awarding the medals “Labor dynasty of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”.

The head of the dynasty Yeshchanov Pobeda Zhumagaliyevich was born in 1945. To the gas industry he came in 1971 as an engineer. Passing his career from a foreman of mechanical-repair workshop to the General Director of “Kazakhenergorepair” he put his whole soul, all his skills for the industry development. He has always been willing to share his skills, enjoyingly trained young professionals, gave them his experience, because the gas industry was just beginning its formation. He did not forget about social activities, he was repeatedly elected as a Deputy of the Makat district.

Pobeda Zhumagaliyevich together with his wife Yeshchanova Mariyash raised seven children, helped to raise grandchildren, this wonderful family has 19 grandchildren. And almost all the Yeshchanovs continued the activity of Pobeda Zhumagaliyevich, and somehow linked their lives with the gas industry.
