"...On May 12, 2016 the Company was notified that on May 9 and 12, 2016, director Geoffrey Gander for general financial management purposes, indirectly sold through Vitoria Pty Ltd 152,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary shares") at AUD0.25 per Ordinary share.

Geoffrey Gander is the financial indirect beneficiary holder of 1,995,224 Ordinary shares of the Company due to the fact that Mr. Gander is the sole beneficiary of both Vitoria Pty Ltd and Gander Super Fund".
