OREANDA-NEWS.  KMK Munai (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of being brought by the decision of the Aktobe Regional Ecology Department of May 4, 2016 to an administrative liability "for violation of Article 337, part 2, clause 4, of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences" – "Land damage"... in the amount of KZT424,200.00".
