Ai-95 gasoline fell in price on the Russian stock exchange

OREANDA-NEWS The price of Ai-95 gasoline on the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange (SPbMTSB) on Monday decreased after Friday's increase by 1.55%, to 64,689 rubles per ton, according to trading data.
At the end of August, Ai-95 gasoline was getting closer to the historical price record of 76,876 rubles per ton, which was reached on September 7, 2023. However, during September, the brand was almost continuously getting cheaper.
In addition, on Monday, the price of Ai-92 according to the territorial index of the European part of Russia decreased by 0.13% to 60,267 rubles per ton.
According to the results of the trading day, summer diesel fuel also fell in price - by 0.72%, to 60,958 rubles per ton.
At the same time, a ton of liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) rose in price by 1.5% per day - to 35,226 rubles, jet fuel - by 0.14%, to 79,881 rubles. At the same time, the cost of fuel oil decreased by 0.08%, to 30,513 rubles per ton.
Since March 1, Russia has banned the export of gasoline abroad, except for the EAEU countries. At the end of May, the ban was temporarily lifted, and since August its effect has been resumed. The Government decided to extend the embargo until the end of the year to maintain market stability during the period of seasonal demand and scheduled repairs at the refinery. At the same time, it is not necessary to impose an embargo on the export of diesel fuel, according to relevant departments.
