Occidental Petroleum Appoints Cedric W. Burgher as Chief Financial Officer
OREANDA-NEWS. Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY) announced today that Cedric W. Burgher has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Burgher most recently served as a Senior Vice President at EOG Resources, where he led investor relations and reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Chris Stavros, who is retiring from Occidental.

Mr. Burgher is a seasoned energy executive with more than 30 years of experience leading CFO, financial and investor functions at a number of global companies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
