OREANDA-NEWS. Mariana Resources Ltd ("Mariana" or the "Company"), the AIM listed exploration and development company with projects in Turkey and South America, announces following the closing of the private placement for 330,000,001 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") (as announced on 4 May 2016), it is expected that:
  • 292,000,001 Shares of the 330,000,001 Shares will commence trading on AIM on or around Thursday, 12 May 2016; and
  • the remaining 38,000,000 Shares will commence trading on AIM on or around Friday, 13 May 2016.
