OREANDA-NEWS. By decision of the special meeting of the shareholders of NIAEP JSC, the Joint-Stock Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company “Atomenergoproject” was renamed into ASE Joint Stock Engineering Company. Brief company name is: ASE JSC EC. 

It is the process of renaming, but not re-organization, formal legal capacity of NIAEP JSC shall remain unchanged (after renaming- ASE JSC EC). In accordance with company procedures, external counterparts shall be informed of the changes that took place, all licenses shall be re-issued and other permitting documents and also, new stamps, templates and seals shall be made. The modifications shall be introduced in all information systems. 

In accordance with the statement of Mr. Valery Limarenko, the President of ASE Engineering Company, renaming of Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company “Atomenergoproject” makes the final stage of forming of ASE Group of Companies as a headline player at the international market for the design and construction of the nuclear facilities. 

“Our key strategic target is to increase our presence at the international target and to sustain our leadership. ASE brand is widely known to our foreign partners, since “Atomstroyexport” has been constructing NPPs for decades. This brand is trustworthy and that is very important for our industry. Therefore, it was decided to rename the parent company into  ASE Joint Stock Engineering Company.  We shall work and develop further under this brand, increasing our presence at the global market”, - stated Mr. Valery Limarenko.
