IDGC of Centre took part in the annual forum VTB Capital "RUSSIA CALLING!"
OREANDA-NEWS. IDGC of Centre’s delegation, headed by General Director Oleg Isaev, took part in the 8th Annual Investment Forum VTB Capital "RUSSIA CALLING!", held in Moscow on 12-14 October 2016 at the World Trade Center. The Forum Program included a plenary session with the participation of President of the Russian Federation, as well as a panel discussion with key federal ministers, Governor of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and heads of the largest Russian and international companies and experts. The main topics of the forum are the resumption of economic growth, empowerment and search for new directions for economic development in harsh external conditions. During the final two days of the Forum there were also individual and group meetings between Russian companies and investors.
Within the Forum IDGC of Centre’s management in cooperation with the management of PJSC "Rosseti" conducted a series of individual meetings with representatives of VERNO CAPITAL UK LLP, Sberbank, ATON, Gazprombank and other investment companies. They discussed the prospects of further development of electric grid facilities, raised questions of tariff regulation within the current macroeconomic forecast and improvement of operational efficiency. Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance Sergey Rumyantsev gave answers to the most pressing issues facing the grid company, announced the background to the planned revision of the Business Plan for 2016 and commented on the adjustment to the Investment Program for 2016-2020, approved by the Board of Directors.
