OREANDA-NEWS. NIPIGAZpererabotka and China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC) today signed in Moscow in the presence of Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, a contract according to which the Chinese company will carry out construction and install cryogenic gas separation units (to be supplied by Germany’s Linde) at the Amur gas processing plant.

The document was inked by Dmitry Konov, Chairman of the Management Board of SIBUR, on behalf of NIPIGAZpererabotka (part of the SIBUR Group, construction manager for the Amur GPP) and Chen Xiaohua, Vice President of CGGC, on behalf of CGGC.

Pursuant to the contract, CGGC will be engaged in the aforementioned activities as a contractor. The main subcontractor for the project will be selected from among Russian construction companies.
