The Fourth Round of Talks Between Russia and Ukraine Began

OREANDA-NEWS. The fourth round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine has begun, it is taking place in the online format. This was announced by the head of the office of the Ukrainian President Mikhail Podolyak in his Telegram channel.
“Negotiations are the fourth round. About peace, ceasefire, immediate withdrawal of troops and security guarantees. Difficult conversation," the politician wrote, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, a member of the Ukrainian delegation at the talks with the Russian Federation, the head of the parliamentary faction of the ruling Servant of the People party, David Arakhamia, specified that the negotiations of the parties would be held on the morning of March 14 in an online format.
The same date was called by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
Three rounds of negotiations have already passed between the Russian and Ukrainian sides. After the last meeting, the Ukrainian side stated that there are "positive developments" on the issue of humanitarian corridors, but so far there are no results that would significantly improve the situation in Ukraine. In turn, the Russian delegation noted that the expectations from the next round of negotiations with the Ukrainian side did not come true.
