OREANDA-NEWS  The Association of Bloggers and Agencies (BABA) wanted to force bloggers to give 5 percent of the annual advertising volume to social content. This is reported by Kommersant.

During a meeting of the working group on improving legislation in the blogosphere, BOTH stated that they were developing a bill providing for such a mandatory norm for bloggers.

Both stressed that this way there will be more socially significant content on bloggers' sites, as well as support for charity projects.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov called for obliging bloggers to receive accreditation for conducting lecture activities. According to him, many Russians get their knowledge from "dubious" lecturers and bloggers.

Before that, it became known that a register of unscrupulous bloggers would appear in Russia. It was noted that a special Telegram bot was created for this purpose, through which you can send a complaint against a participant in Internet communication.
