Kcell (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "the Company's annex to the state GSM mobile phone services business license МТК №ДС000270 of June 8, 1998 (hereinafter – the "License") was amended to remove the following sub-clause a) of clause 7.11 of the License: "The License may be revoked judicially in the event the licensee engages into any unlicensed business activities".
