Turkcell Improves Customer Experience
Turkcell, with support from NEC and Netcracker, will use Netcracker's Resource Management solution, comprised of Resource Inventory, Discovery & Reconciliation and Planning & Design capabilities, to drive three key business outcomes:
- Optimize its infrastructure and reduce opex by making more efficient use of its network assets.
- Reduce the total cost of ownership by consolidating network and resource information on a single system.
- Deliver a better customer experience by activating new devices faster and reducing the time between when customers order services and the time they can be consumed.
With more efficient end-to-end fulfillment and assurance processes, Turkcell will become more agile and strengthen its leadership position in Turkey's fast-changing market.
