According to the document, mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android are becoming an increasingly popular target for exploits, programs that exploit vulnerabilities in the OS. Attackers can use such programs, among other things, to steal data or monitor users.
According to experts, part of this activity may be associated with the activities of security officials and special services from different countries of the world. Experts clarified that employees of departments can attract commercial companies to gain access to gadgets in the investigation of criminal cases.
Orange Cyberdefense predicts that the number of attacks on mobile devices will continue to grow. First of all, cybercriminals will try to get money through Internet banking applications.
