According to the report, the Yug Rus company produced 1.5 million tons of sunflower oil in 2020, which is approximately 15% of the total production in Russia. Thus, the "South of Russia" is the largest producer of sunflower oil in the country.

However, in February of this year it became known that the company came under the control of Moscow LLC "Resource". According to the information from the report, the "Resource" is associated with the structures of the owner of the "Agrocomplex. Vladimir Yakunin".

Representatives of the "South of Russia" refused to comment on this information.
