OREANDA-NEWS  Vietnamese TH Group expects to launch a dairy plant at the Borovskaya site of the Kaluga SEZ in the Kaluga Region in the spring of 2025, regional Governor Vladislav Shapsha said after negotiations with the company's management. The commissioning of the enterprise was postponed several times, previously the deadline was called 2024.

Shapsha did not specify the reason for the delay in the project.

The first stage of the dairy plant in the Kaluga Region (investment volume - $155 million) was supposed to be launched in 2019, it was supposed to reach full capacity by 2021. The company then postponed the commissioning of the facility to 2024.

Regarding another TH Group project, a large agricultural complex in the Khvastovichi district, the governor said that it "is in the design stage, agricultural machinery is being purchased, agricultural land is being put into circulation."

TH Group is a major producer of dairy products in Vietnam.
