In Phillipines a Man Died from Coronavirus After Vaccination
OREANDA-NEWS. A Philippine resident dies of coronavirus after being vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination was not the cause of death, according to the republic's health ministry.
The Ministry of Health of the country said that on March 15, a person who was vaccinated against coronavirus died, his result on COVID-19 turned out to be positive.
A statement posted on the agency's website said: “Regional and national post-immunization response committees were engaged to thoroughly investigate this case. Upon completion of the investigation, experts concluded that the death was caused by COVID-19 itself and not by the vaccine against COVID-19. Coronavirus vaccines themselves cannot cause COVID-19. "
According to the local publication Inquirer, the Ministry of Health separately confirmed that the deceased was a local health worker, but did not disclose more detailed information about the patient and vaccinations, as well as his gender.
It is reported that earlier in the Philippines began a campaign to vaccinate the population against coronavirus with the Chinese vaccine against COVID-19 from the pharmaceutical company Sinovac Biotech.
