OREANDA-NEWS. The Genesis brand introduced the Genesis X Concept — a concept electric car of the GT class (Gran Turismo). The Genesis X Concept, which demonstrates a new vision for the design of a luxury car, is the fifth concept car in the brand's lineup after the New York, GV80, Essentia and Mint models, according to the Genesis press service.

For example, the new concept car is a GT class sports car, which uses double lines as often as possible — the signature design element of the Genesis brand. The twin lines — a detail, that can be found in both the interior and exterior of the electric car and the charger — embody the design style of the future electric Genesis models.

Recall, that currently the Genesis model range includes the G70, G80 and G90 sedans, as well as the GV80 and GV70 crossovers. According to the results of the first two months of 2021, Russian Genesis dealers sold 227 cars, which is 7% less than last year. As previously reported by Russian media “Autostat”, in the second quarter of 2021, the Genesis company will begin sales in Russia of the updated G70 sports sedan, as well as the new mid-size GV70 crossover.
